- Detachment 225 is a certified testing location for the Test of Basic Aviation Skills (TBAS). The TBAS is a series of computerized tests that measure abilities and characteristics related to flying training performance. If you need to schedule an exam, please contact us at [email protected].
- Hey ladies and gents, I recently got my AFOQT scores back, and need to schedule and take the TBAS to complete my ANG packet. The recruiter at the unit who set me up for the AFOQT doesn't usually deal with pilots, and said he has no idea how to set up the TBAS for a guard candidate.
The testing center maintains membership with and adheres to guidelines set forth by the National College Testing Association (NCTA). Schedule an Appointment Testing Center Mission Statement: The UAA Testing Center’s mission is to provide consistent and accurate test administration in a secure environment to students and the community.
Where you take the AFOQT will depend upon your current location. If you are a cadet in an ROTC program, you’re likely aware of where/when you’ll be taking the AFOQT. If not, ask a fellow cadet or one of your instructors at your detachment – someone will be able to point you in the right direction.
College graduates who are interested in joining the Air Force will need to contact an Air Force officer recruiter to schedule their AFOQT – you’ll take your test at the nearest Military Entrance Processing (MEP’s) location.
